Unquant legal

Terms of Service

Effective July 26, 2026

These Terms govern your access to Unquant, including its website, MCP endpoint, documentation, data and related services (the “Service”). Unquant is provided by Streetbeat (“Streetbeat,” “we,” “us”). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you use Unquant for an organization, you confirm that you can bind it.

1. Access and accounts

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. Keep authentication credentials and paid access private. You are responsible for activity through your connection and for complying with the usage limits of your plan.

2. Licence and permitted use

Subject to these Terms and your plan, Streetbeat grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable and non-sublicensable licence to access the Service and use the data it returns (“Data”) for your own personal, internal or business analysis. You may include limited, non-systematic excerpts and derived analysis in responses or reports for your authorized users.

Your plan controls included usage, users and datasets. Enterprise agreements may grant additional rights and override these Terms where they conflict.

3. No redistribution or competing service

Unless your plan or a written agreement expressly permits it, you may not:

  • sell, sublicense, publish, redistribute or provide third-party access to the Data;
  • offer raw Data, bulk exports, a pass-through API or a substitute data feed;
  • systematically copy or cache Data to recreate an Unquant or upstream dataset;
  • use the Service or Data to build a substantially similar or competing data service;
  • train or fine-tune a model on Data, except with Streetbeat’s written permission;
  • share credentials, bypass limits, scrape restricted areas or interfere with the Service; or
  • remove notices, misrepresent Data as real-time, or imply Streetbeat endorses your output.

4. Financial information

Unquant provides informational, read-only financial context. It does not provide investment, legal, tax or accounting advice and is not designed for order execution. Data may be delayed, incomplete, estimated or incorrect. Review the Financial and Data Disclosures before relying on it.

5. Fees and cancellation

Paid plans renew monthly until canceled. Prices and billing intervals are shown before checkout. You authorize our payment processor to charge the payment method you provide. You may cancel at any time; access continues through the paid period unless stated otherwise. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law or where we expressly agree. See Support and Billing.

6. Ownership and feedback

Streetbeat and its licensors retain all rights in the Service, documentation and Data. These Terms grant access, not ownership. If you send feedback, you allow us to use it without restriction or compensation, but you keep ownership of your original material.

7. Service changes and termination

We may change datasets, limits or features and may suspend or terminate access to protect the Service, comply with law or address a breach. You may stop using the Service at any time. Sections that should reasonably survive termination, including restrictions, ownership, disclaimers and liability limits, will survive.

8. Disclaimers and liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service and Data are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of accuracy, completeness, timeliness, availability, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose or non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Streetbeat and its suppliers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or opportunities. Streetbeat’s total liability arising from the Service will not exceed the amount you paid for the Service during the six months before the event giving rise to the claim, or US$50 if you paid nothing. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so those limitations apply only to the extent permitted.

9. General

You must comply with applicable law. These Terms and any applicable order or enterprise agreement are the entire agreement about the Service. If a provision is unenforceable, the rest remains effective. You may not assign these Terms without our consent; we may assign them as part of a reorganization or transfer of the Service.

California law governs these Terms, excluding conflict-of-law rules. Courts located in Santa Clara County, California have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.

10. Changes and contact

We may update these Terms by posting a new effective date. Material changes will apply prospectively and, where appropriate, we will provide additional notice. Questions may be sent to hello@streetbeat.com.
