Need help with a connection, subscription or charge? Contact the address below and include the email used for Unquant. Never send a password, verification code or full card number.
Product and account support
Email support@streetbeat.com. Include a short description, the affected plan, approximate time of the problem and any non-secret error reference shown by Unquant.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Paid plans renew monthly until canceled. Use the Stripe billing portal shown after checkout when available, or email support from the billing address and ask us to cancel. Cancellation stops future renewals; access normally continues through the paid period.
Refunds and billing problems
Fees are generally non-refundable except where required by law. If you see a duplicate, incorrect or unrecognized charge, contact support promptly. We will review billing errors and correct them where appropriate.
